Community Action Plan On Aging
Timeframe: 2010-2020

The Center for Excellence in Aging and Lifelong Health was approached by the Senior Services Coalition to draft a community action plan on aging. The report was developed over a period of ten months, and on June 1, 2009, CEALH submitted a final report and the Williamsburg Community Action Plan on Aging (CAPOA): 2010-2020 to the Senior Services Coalition.

The plan’s reception was so successful, task forces have already been created for each of the four priority areas. Additionally, a project manager has been hired to oversee the project.
